MakeUp in Paris and the CEW France will be happy to meet you October 20th from 8:30 am to 10:30 am for an opening conference for the benefit of CEW France Beauty Centers.

“CREATIVITY, TRENDS & INNOVATIONS 2021”

After an introduction on “The Top Innovation Drivers” by Leila ROCHET, we will discuss with a rich panel of experts, consultants and manufacturers, on “The Impact of these Drivers on the Creation and Innovation of Products and Packs”.

Ingredients, formulation, packaging, skincare and makeup products… The “Experts of MakeUp in Paris” will be on stage to give you a summary of the major trends in innovation to remember.

The ideal conference before going to spot and discover in the Show, the concretization of these trends among exhibitors!

It is MakeUp in Paris that invites us (Thank you!) in exchange for an event to benefit Beauty Centers.

Your PAF will be a donation of 18 euros entirely given to the Beauty Centers (you can give more of course 🙂 )

Annie Begnaud

Annie is a Global Business Development Strategist, whose mission is to be a business gas pedal for the companies she supports, whether they are manufacturers, brands or start-ups.

As both a consultant and a developer, she works on positioning, growth and innovation issues. With experience gained in companies, in business unit management, marketing and business development, her contributions are both strategic and operational, anchored in the reality of markets and businesses.

With a creative, curious and multidisciplinary mind, she is on the lookout for social movements as well as new practices, and has a forward-looking vision of the Beauty and Luxury markets that she puts at the service of her clients.

In the world of packaging and sampling, she brings her knowledge of new technologies – digital, artificial intelligence, blockchain – to modernize and reinforce the marketing performance of campaigns and innovations, to accelerate and facilitate the transparency of brands.

Annie is a member of the WEG Board of Directors, in charge of Beauty and Beauty Tech start-ups.

Laurence Moulin

General Manager at CEW FRANCE

Laurence Moulin, Managing Director of CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women) for France, is a graduate of the French Press Institute (University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas) where she obtained a Master’s degree in information. She was Director of Communications at Interdeco (France’s leading magazine advertising agency, from 1996 to 2006, which became Lagardère Publicité in 2007), before joining the Figaro Group as Director of Communications (2007/2008). She joined the Event International agency where she worked for Mondelez International and the Salon du Chocolat, for more than 5 years.


Leïla Rochet

Chief Inspiration Officer Cosmetics Inspiration & Creation

Leïla is the Chief Inspiration Officer of Cosmetics Inspiration & Creation, a Trends and Forecasting agency dedicated to beauty innovation that she founded in 2007 after 20 years of experience at Procter & Gamble and LVMH were she launched multiple award-winning beauty innovations.

Leïla is a “beauty trotter” with a passion for world cultural influences, changes in consumers’ lifestyle, innovations and their influence on beauty. Leila frequently speaks at beauty industry events and has held various conferences all around the world including CEW Beauty Day Paris, Makeup in NewYork, Seoul, Los Angles, and much more.


Luisa Oliva

With a passion for both Science and Nature, Luisa Oliva has been an international sought-after specialist in makeup and skincare formulation for 25 years, always ahead of the latest innovations and trends to turn ideas into reality.
Based in Paris, Luisa Oliva offers formulation consulting services and trainings to create high-end and innovative formulas to international beauty brands, raw material suppliers, and manufacturers.
Driven by creativity, Luisa Oliva provides new concepts and recommends product formulations and stories by selecting the best effective ingredients and materials following the latest regulations, labels (vegan, halal, gluten free, cruelty free…), and standards.
High-performance and high-quality are delivered to create innovative beauty products. With her team she carries out diagnosis and recommends strategies for future formulation innovations. She also recommends the best suitable packaging for the formula. A 360° project vision to provide the best solutions.
Passionate by botanics, she worked for two years in the botany laboratory of the University of Rome and completed a thesis in botany.
Luisa creates nature infused formulations by selecting high-performance natural ingredients. She provides natural alternatives to classical formulations.
