Covid-19 sanitary protocol at MakeUp in Paris 2021

We are delighted to welcome you again!

To ensure the safety of all, we follow the recommendations of health authorities by applying the current sanitary measures to allow everyone to live the event in the best conditions. Take a look at our health protocol below:

1. The sanitary pass is mandatory

SANITARY PASS (3)

The sanitary pass is mandatory to participate to MakeUp in Paris 2021 for all participants and will be systematically controlled at each entrance to the show.

European participants :
For your information, the sanitary pass proposes 3 types of non-cumulative evidence :
– a vaccination certification (2 vaccinations and at least 7 days since the second dose) either displayed on the #TousAntiCovid app for French people or taking the form of the EU Digital Certificate with a QR code provided after the second vaccination
– A certificate proving recovery from Covid-19 dating more than 2 weeks but less than 6 months previously
– A negative PCR or antigen test from within the last 72 hours.

For visitors from outside the European Union:
– Presentation of a negative PCR or antigenic test of less than 72 hours

2. Printed badges

In order to avoid lines and frequent contacts, we invite you to print your badge before the show.

3. Barrier measures

SANITARY PASS

Wearing a mask is mandatory for all participants and physical distancing is required.
– Self-service hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are available in the exhibition
– Common areas & toilets : additional staff to disinfect contact points for the safety of all.
– Establishment of one-way traffic in common areas and aisle when needed
– Active monitoring of air qualitý which will be strictly regulated and maintained at an even more demanding level than current regulations.
– Reinforced communication on barrier gestures and physical distancing rules

These health measures may be amended in line with developments in the situation.

HEALTH PASS

In order to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19,
all visitors aged 18 and over must present a health pass to enter the tradeshow.
